Smashed Potatoes

1 lb. red potatoes, small skin on

2 ½ T. sour cream

4 T. butter

½ C. milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the potatoes in half and boil until soft. Drain and return to the same pot. Briefly mash until just broken up. Add the remaining ingredients and toss.

Baked Beans

Bush’s Baked Beans w/ brown sugar and bacon

Lots of sliced and separated onion

Additional brown sugar (not a lot)

BBQ Sauce (plain, not smoked or spicy & not a lot)

Cook on low all night and morning in the crockpot.
