Miscellaneous Desserts

Blackberry Cobbler

4 C. fresh or frozen blackberries
1 T. lemon juice

1 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1 large egg, slightly beaten
6 T. butter

Preheat oven to 375ยบ. Place berries sprinkled with lemon juice in an 8x8 pan. Mix flour and sugar, then blend in egg until mixture become crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the berries. Pour melted butter over the cobbler. Bake for 40 minutes. This is so delicious! (Note: This can be made with other fruits too.)
