Miscellaneous Recipes

Sour Cream Tacos

Make taco meat as you like it

Melt 8 oz. Velveeta cheese with 8 oz. sour cream

shredded lettuce

diced tomatoes

refried beans

diced onions


And anything else you would like on them. This is one of the recipes you make your own. The cheese sauce is the secret.

Serve on heated flour tortillas.

Note: We served these at church for Peak of the Week Eats and I didn't realize the recipe wasn't in the cookbook. Sorry!!
