Lemon Ice Box Pie
1 lg. graham cracker crust
2 cans Eagle Brand
1 C. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon peel
4 egg yolks
Whisk the above until well mixed. Pour into pie crust.
Meringue:
4 egg whites
½ C. sugar
Beat till foamy. Spread over pie. Bake at 350ยบ for 10 minutes (till light brown).
